An X-wing was flying over the planet Erres, when a laser shot from a concealed Empire ground base

blew a wing off the X-wing. It crash landed into the planet's sandy surface, but the pilot escaped unharmed.

Several AT-STs were sent out to search the wreckage and surrounding area, and almost caught the pilot.

(Ehud Johann) The sequel to this picture will be out soon. (SearchII) This particular picture was an early render of the model, but the updated model was later accidentally deleted. It had, in addition to what you see here, textured sand waves, visible plated armor on the AT-STs, and better looking wreckage. Unfortunately, the model was deleted before it could be re-rendered.
