A bottle of Pills spilling at a Table-A study of still motion

I have had this picture called a drug addicts picture, but I merely drew it as a breakfast scene where somebody just knocked over a bottle of vitamins or something. This was also my first picture where I really worked at realism. (Note the pills and bottle, especially)
