Next, a conclusion is added to be displayed if the user answers
YES, signifying that there is no problem with the printer. In
this case, the conclusion is "As the saying goes, If it's
not broken, don't fix it."
To proceed with building the tree, you must also type in a
conclusion (in this case, a question) to be displayed if the user
answers NO, signifying that there is a problem with the printer.
For this example, the next question is, "What seems to be
wrong with your printer?" Since this question does not prompt
a YES or NO answer, a list of possible answers is added in the
Custom Answer dialog box, as shown in Figure 3. The three answers
provided are, "Paper won't feed", "Prints too light",
and "Paper Jam."
