Dr. Richard L. Routh
President

Dr. Richard L. Routh, co-founder and president, received his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, in 1978. He was the Director of the Army's Artificial Intelligence Training Facility, the Operations Officer for a Strategic Deployment Communications Battalion, and the Adjunct Advisor to President Reagan's Cabinet on Artificial Intelligence issues. Dr. Routh received a Master of Arts degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, Arizona in 1982, and completed his Master of Science in Computer Systems degree at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Dayton, Ohio, in 1983. In 1985 Dr. Routh completed his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence (AI), also at AFIT.

Dr. Routh has personally built and /or supervised the building of over 200 advanced technology computer systems for both government and commercial use over the past fifteen years. He is the author of both published articles and papers presented in the field of artificial intelligence.
