Your homepage will link to a single page order form with up to 20 fields based on your specification, the contents of which, when filled out by the Internet user (your customer), will be 1) sent via Internet e-mail to 1 or more persons to be specified by you at the time of development and 2) logged to an ASCII text file which can be transferred via e-mail to your office periodically upon request. Up to 4 MB of report information may be transferred per month.
