Self-Servicing Help Desk


This interactive application will be linked from your home page. It provides a query/response application for trouble shooting and tracking. It will contain knowledge or information provided by you during the development and design sessions with GINESYS knowledge systems engineers. Each application may contain up to 20 complete scenarios with a maximum of 10 multimedia inclusions.

The application assigns a unique tracking number, logs service sessions, and sends Internet email to the appropriate customer representative. A database of all trouble-tickets, initial problem reports, and tracking numbers will be maintained in a Microsoft Access database (on the GINESYS server) that may be downloaded to your company's computer via email FTP--up to a maximum of 10 MB of data transfer per month.
