It will provide Internet users (your customers, employees, distributors, and/or engineers) with troubleshooting and/or technical assistance of your company products, equipment, services, or processes. GINESYS knowledge systems engineers will interview your product and/or technical support experts to acquire the necessary information to implement the interactive query response application. This application may contain up to 40 complete scenarios and up to ten multimedia inclusions.
